You want to Blog Experiences of your life, that you hope reach someone that may need them! *yes* You feel confident empowered! *yes*

Then WordPress suggests an introduction page….*noooooo*

Not that hard right? *wrong*

I start to type, then delete, type some more, then delete some more.

Who am I?….

5:10 pm…….

5:20 pm…….

5:30 pm……. *makes a tea*

5:45 pm……. “Who am I???”….

5:55 pm……. “Who cares who I am…”

6:12 pm……. *here goes…*i

My name is Kate, I’m 44 years old, a wife and a mother of two boys, 19 and 16. I was diagnosed at 15 with depression, lost my father to completed suicide when I was 28, and diagnosed with Bipolar, anxiety, agrophobia and PTSD at 30.

And yesterday diagnosed with Kidney disease.

I am an advocate for mental health. I am open and honest, and never hide who I am. I speak freely, hoping, my story is relatable, to give hope and guidance.

I am a baseball lover. The Jays are who I cheer for. I am a baseball mom, who has cheered from the sidelines or from afar.

I am a family historian, tracing my tree, putting pieces of the puzzle together. Finding out the past, has given me answers to questions I have had in my life.

Living with a mental illness has had its ups and downs, no pun intended! This is my story…my life.
